Download our New Comms App

Step 1:

Login to the browser, got to downloads and choose Download Print client for Windows.

Step 2:

Install Comms App on your Computer.

Your existing balances will be transferred over to your new account.

You’ll need to reset your password to gain access to your account using the email address previously used to login to your old account.

You must download and re-upload your documents to the new media library before your given deadline. We are unable to transfer files.

Any existing funds on the old web portal will be moved across once ALL users have fully migrated to the new system and installed the relevant software

Assets relates to any templates/letterheads you may have saved on the web portal.

If you are a print client user, you will need to install the ‘CommsApp’, if you are a Autolink user you will need to install the new version of this application. |Both downloads can be found under the ‘Downloads’ menu item.

If you use EMIS or System One internally, please see next steps below:
 
  • All users will need to uninstall the old imail software
  • If you use SYSTEM ONE you will need to uninstall the print driver and auto link
  • If you use EMIS you will need to in-install the print driver installed.
 
Below are the programmes to be un-installed, auto link can be ignored for EMIS users:
 
  • imail Print Client Version 4.2.4
  • iMail Printer
  • novaPDF 9 Printer Driver
  • imail Autolink version 1.14.0
Once the relevant programmes have been un-installed, you then need to install the comms app, this can be found under the downloads section of the new web portal https://app.imailcomms.com/downloads.

Yes, we do, but you do not need to migrate if you use these immediately.
