This statement outlines the steps we have taken during the financial year 2024/25 to prevent modern slavery in our organisation and supply chains, in accordance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
Our Business and Supply Chains
Imail Comms Limited is a business communications provider based in Coventry, Warwickshire. We operate primarily in the UK and our supply chain includes suppliers of IT and development services, print consumables and marketing services.

Training, Awareness and Capacity Building
We are committed to developing and strengthening our employees’ skills and awareness surrounding modern slavery:
- All employees receive mandatory modern slavery awareness training upon joining the company and annual refresher courses thereafter
- Specialised in-depth training for employees in high-risk roles such as procurement, human resources, and supply chain management
- Regular internal communications to reinforce key messages and share updates on our anti-slavery initiatives

We assess the effectiveness of our anti-slavery measures through:
