1. Why is iMail Comms rebranding to Micom Ltd?

We’re evolving our brand to better reflect who we are today—a dynamic, digital communications business. “Micom” stands for multi-channel intelligent communications.

2. Is this a change in ownership or structure?

No. This is a name change only. There is no change to our company registration number, legal structure, or ownership.

3. Will my services or contracts be affected?

Not at all. All current services, contracts, and agreements remain fully valid and unchanged.

4. Are there any changes to contact details or account management?

No. Your existing account manager remains your main point of contact.

5. What about your website and email addresses?

All existing technologies remain active with no immediate plans to change. Over time they’ll be rebranded, and we’ll communicate any changes well in advance. We expect to launch the Micom.com website on or shortly after 1st July 2025.

6. What prompted the rebrand?

Since our management buyout, the business has gone from strength to strength. With new technologies and solutions in development, this rebrand sets the stage for an exciting future aligned with our strategic direction.

7. Will the rebrand affect billing or payments?

No. Billing details, banking information, and payment processes remain exactly the same.

8. What’s next for Micom Ltd?

We’re launching new, innovative communications technologies designed to enhance customer engagement and streamline delivery. Stay tuned!

9. How will the rebrand be rolled out?

Our registered company name will change around 1st July 2025. You’ll see updates to our branding, documentation, and platforms gradually over the following months.
