Are postage and mailing costs straining your budget?
Managing communications in the NHS can be an expensive and time-consuming task. Rising postage fees, printing costs, and administrative overheads put a strain on already tight budgets, leaving less room to focus on patient care.
That’s where hybrid mail for NHS and NHS Trust services comes in. imail comms offers a complete solution to transform how you manage and deliver mail.

- End-to-End Encryption: Files remain encrypted from the time they leave your device to when we’re printing them for delivery.
- Restricted Access: Each user is assigned a secure login with unique credentials, ensuring only authorised personnel can handle your communications.
- Certifications: imail comms is GDPR-compliant and holds ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certifications, reflecting our commitment to secure, reliable, and consistent service delivery.

A – Absolutely, imail comms offer a pending mail function which allows users to preview mail before it is printed. Users can then delete/submit items individually or in bulk.

A – Not at all, if you are creating letters today then you can use our hybrid mail platform. We integrate with CRM/ERP platforms, any channel in, any channel out.
Q – What happens to my returned mail?
A – We offer a full end to end solution so all returned mail is scanned, returned digitally and then the physical mail piece is securely destroyed. This allows records to be updated promptly and for your teams to focus on core activities.
